Wow! What a cop out!!! Rep. Honda may have a very good reason for not having a face-to-face "townhall" meeting during this year's August recess, but I bet he doesn't. I bet he's simply hiding from answering to his well informed constituents.

Considering the landmark nature of this reform, I believe it is very important that a substantive discussion occur between neighbors, friends, families, and elected officials. UPDATE: It looks like I may as well tell my concerns to the blank wall in front of me. After read this, I now understand the "telephone townhall" much better. He has absolutely no intention of listening to his constituents. I'll try anyway, but I'm not holding my breath.
